Impacted Response Times in some departments

Dear Pilots,

Due to the current air travel restrictions in europe, some of our staff is stranded abroad.
For this reason, they are delegating work to other departments to assure a sufficient service level.

You may notice delays for requests related to Legal, Human Resources, Partnerships and general inquiries.
Also very strongly affected is postal mail which is handled by legal. Mail sent to Swiss VirtualAirline will not be delivered until further notice. Sending postal mail is also not possible currently.

General inquiries is currently the most affected department since it handles all misrouted requests from stranded passengers.
Pilots getting mails from such customers of SWISS or *ANY* other airline are kindly requested to forward the mail without annotations to info@swiss-va.com. We've been required to handle such mail and pass on contact information to SWISS for its own passengers.

We have also made the decision to postpone due dates by 14 days on all invoices, proposals, offers and orders sent by or on behalf of Swiss VirtualAirline — this will however not affect most of you.

All staff is back in Switzerland and Response times are returning to normality.
