Assessment
As a candidate pilot for Swiss VirtualAirline, you will be invited to an online assessment. During this procedure, we will evaluate among other factors your:
- Flight performance
- Command aptitude
- Management qualifications
- Loyalty assessment
Beyond Take-Off
As a pilot of Swiss VirtualAirline, we will give you the opportunity to advance your virtual career at your pace. We will invite you into the command course to prepare you for your duties as Captain and Commander and the most talented will have a chance to take additional positions on the ground or in the air for Line Operations as Chief Pilot or in other challenging positions.
